How much coaching will I need?

Experience shows that the best results are achieved over a period of at least 4/6 sessions. These are usually held on a weekly basis. The length of the coaching relationship is up to you however. Everybody is different and I am confident that you will know when you no longer need my support.

Will I have to do any work between sessions?

Yes!  Coaching is a partnership and I am dedicated to coaching you to the very best of my ability, to believe in you and encourage you.  Your side of this partnership is to carry out the assignments that I may set for you, some of which you may find challenging - most of which you will enjoy - but all of which will move you faster towards your goal.   

Where does coaching take place?

I coach my clients on the telephone or in person, (subject to location). My time is divided between my home in France and my offices in the UK. Face to face coaching can take place at a location agreed between us. I will make a charge for travel expenses if that location is outside a 40 kilometres radius of Gaillac in SW France, or a 30 mile radius of London Gatwick Airport. My availability for face to face coaching will always depend on my existing coaching commitments.

What does it cost? 

My Level One coaching package includes 4 one-to-one coaching sessions with me plus unlimited email access.  It costs 300 euros or £255.  My Level Two coaching package includes 6 one-to-one coaching sessions with me, unlimited email access plus one 10 minute "booster session" every month. It costs 450 euros or £385.


How are fees paid? 

Fees are payable in advance. (Please see following about cancellations and refunds) I accept cheques or PayPal.

What if I want to stop my coaching sessions?

You may cancel your coaching contract at any time, providing that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. Any remaining fees will be returned to you.

Who pays for the telephone calls?

In the case of telephone coaching I ask that you call me at the agreed time. In most cases, I am able to return your call and conduct the session on my telephone account.
